Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of any platform content without express written permission from StartUps Resource. Any unauthorized use of the platform's intellectual property may result in the immediate termination of access and potential legal action under governing Liberian law.

5. Limitations of Liability

Extent of Responsibility: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Liberia, StartUps Resource, its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our financial services or digital resources. This includes, without limitation, loss of business profits or data breaches.

Service Disclaimer: StartUps Resource provides all resources on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the financial success of any business venture initiated through our guidance or funding. Any liability for claims arising out of these terms is strictly limited to the total fees paid by the user to StartUps Resource in the last six months, or a fixed amount of LRD 5,000.
